Can't you just image the warm nights by that fireplace this winter? The kitchen is just the right size to give several people a place to help cook, yet small enough to clean up in a reasonable amount of time. I can already smell holiday turkey and pies! And look at those porches...I think we will spend many hours out there enjoying our views.
